We ensure that no dimensions are missing and that all drawings have been input.

This step instructs how machine tools will work during processing. This is an important process that affects the finished product.

Without interfering with the processing data created through the CAM input process, we carry out simulation using a software to determine whether the data will provide a neatly finished product.

The most suitable instrument from amongst over 1,000 edged tools and 500 types of tooling is selected, according to the material and shape of the product.

The processed data is invoked and machine tools automatically machine the product. High-precision machining is performed whereby measurements are taken after each process and extremely small corrective values taking into account factors such as wear of the cutting tools are entered.

Parts that cannot be finished in the machining process are finished each by hand.

Cutting oil and cutting chips attached to products for a long period of time can cause issues such as scratches and corrosion. We are committed to delivering products in the best possible condition and wash products between each process.

Customers will select from one of four grades of final inspection: "exhaustive inspection of all locations, exhaustive inspection of some locations, sample inspection of all locations or sample inspection of some locations" and we will submit a check sheet or accuracy inspection table along with the finished product. We are committed to the early detection of defects during processing and inspection is carried out between each process.
